In less than 25 hours, the Ministry of Public Security and the National Police managed to arrest seven people linked to various homicide cases in the province of Colón. Among the detainees are individuals known as "Chuky", "Mañe", and "Indiecieto", who were apprehended following raids on their residences.

One of them is linked to the death of a 41-year-old man on June 19, 2025, in the community of Puerto Escondido, corregimiento of Cristóbal. Two other detainees, known as "Poro" and "Moi", are linked to the murder of a 45-year-old man, which occurred on September 7, 2025, on streets 2 and 3 of Bolívar Avenue. Additionally, "Joshua", 25, was arrested for his alleged participation in the death of a man on December 3, on streets 3 and 4 of Herrera Avenue. Meanwhile, the National Police confirmed the arrest of a subject in the corregimiento of Potrerillo, district of Dolega, linked to a case of aggravated homicide and attempted homicide that occurred in June in the province of Colón.
