In both cases, migrants were traveling who departed from docks in the Costa Arriba de Colón, leaving injured and human losses. These migrants, mostly Venezuelans, arrive in the communities of the districts of Portobelo and Santa Isabel, where they coordinate a trip to Colombia and then return to their homes.
