Claudio Francis, director of legal advisory for the San Miguelito Municipality, stated that the company, through various anonymous societies, has hidden assets that were used for the service of San Miguelito and that are in other anonymous societies different from Revisalud, with the intention that these assets are not returned to the municipality. According to Francis, once the concession contract ended on January 18, the company was supposed to return all the equipment for the service to the Municipality the next day. However, according to the lawyer, this has not happened. The San Miguelito Municipality filed criminal complaints against the company Revisalud and its economic group Interaseo for the possible commission of crimes against the patrimony, against the economic order, against public administration, and against the environment. 'In the municipality, we consider this unheard of and we find this action to be a crime of fraud against the taxpayers of San Miguelito,' he specified. Claudio Francis, director of legal advisory for the San Miguelito municipality, pointed out that Revisalud, the company in charge of collecting waste in San Miguelito for the last 25 years, would have 'caused harm to taxpayers, the environment, and municipal patrimony.' For Francis, 'it is important for the community to know that the municipality is not satisfied that the company charged an advance fee for cleaning when it does not even have the right to do so and, at the same time, while charging in advance, decides to stop providing the service.'
