Units of the National Border Service captured a 20-year-old citizen, apparently at the moment he was in the process of stealing three equines. The police action was recorded on a farm located in the Santa Cruz sector, Renacimiento district, Chiriquí province. After a verification, it was possible to verify that the citizen has a record for livestock theft crimes. The animals and the accused were left at the disposal of the Public Ministry for the corresponding legal proceedings.
