Panama's President Appoints New Deputy Minister of Agriculture

President José Raúl Mulino of Panama has appointed José Aníbal Rincón Stanziola as the new Deputy Minister of Agricultural Development. Stanziola, an experienced engineer and business consultant, holds a master's degree and has extensive experience in the agribusiness sector.


Panama's President Appoints New Deputy Minister of Agriculture

The President of the Republic, José Raúl Mulino, has appointed José Aníbal Rincón Stanziola as the new Vice Minister of Agricultural Development. Stanziola is an industrial engineer trained at the Technological University of Panama (UTP), and holds a postgraduate degree in Specialization in Formulation, Evaluation and Management of Investment Projects, issued by the same higher education institution. Additionally, he holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from INCAE Business School. Stanziola has served as a consultant for companies in the agri-food industry, and as a teacher, he has taught courses on entrepreneurship and business.
