Mulino appoints Otilia Rodríguez head of Senniaf

Panama's President José Raúl Mulino has appointed a new director for the National Secretariat for Childhood, Adolescence and Family (Senniaf). Otilia Rodríguez Domíngues takes over the role.

The President of the Republic, José Raúl Mulino, accepted the resignation of the director of the National Secretariat for Childhood, Adolescence and Family (Senniaf), Ana Fábrega, and appointed Otilia Rodríguez Domínguez in her place as head of this entity. Prior to this position, Rodríguez Domíngues served as director of special rights protection within the Senniaf team.
