Catholic Youth Choir and Miguel Cubillos Launch Musical Series «Lenten Time»

Within the framework of the Catholic Church's liturgical calendar, the Catholic Youth Choir and artist Miguel Enrique Cubillos have officially announced the launch of the musical series titled «Lenten Time». This project's main objective is to spiritually accompany the faithful during each Sunday of this period of preparation for Easter. The series contemplates the weekly release of the psalm corresponding to each Sunday of Lent. These pieces have been developed with contemporary choral arrangements and careful production that manages to integrate liturgical solemnity with a youthful and pastoral sensitivity. The repertoire includes works such as Psalm 50, Psalm 32, Psalm 94, Psalm 22, and Psalm 129, as well as themes like «Renew in Your Presence», «Your Refuge and My Forgiveness», «Do Not Harden Your Hearts», «Under Your Guidance», and «Your Grace Gave Me a Name». A resource for spiritual life. The project's goal is to offer parishes, music ministries, youth groups, and the general faithful an updated resource that strengthens prayer, reflection, and the deep experience of the Lenten journey. The series will be active throughout the entire liturgical period, delivering each week the corresponding Sunday psalm to strengthen spirituality through music. Availability on platforms. The releases of «Lenten Time» will be available on Spotify and other digital platforms, consolidating a repertoire that will serve as liturgical support in Colombia and throughout Latin America. The public will be able to access two performance versions: one by Miguel Enrique Cubillos, with an intimate and contemplative focus for personal prayer, and another by the Catholic Youth Choir, designed to strengthen community and liturgical experience.
