The institution clarifies that this person is not a Minsa official, but a worker directly contracted by the Health Committee; therefore, it is up to said Committee to apply the corresponding sanction, in accordance with article 213 of the Labor Code. Additionally, Minsa has imposed a written sanction on an official from the institution who was involved in the incident reported by the patient.
