The case was referred to the competent authority. Units of the Colonel Tomás Armuelles Battalion apprehended a 27-year-old citizen at Finca Bongo, suspected of multiple robberies and illegally entering homes. The citizen was handed over to the competent authority to determine responsibilities. Meanwhile, in San Ignacio de Tupile, Guna Yala, a subject with 14 wrappers of presumed drugs was captured. He was apparently engaged in retail drug sales (microtrafficking). After being placed at the disposal of the Justice and Peace House of Progress, he was ordered to be immediately admitted to the Penitentiary Center to serve a 365-day prison sentence. Similarly, in the same region, a 28-year-old woman, wanted by the Metropolitan Prosecutor's Office for the alleged crime Against Economic Heritage, was apprehended in Paso Canoas during preventive patrols carried out by units of the Western Fourth Brigade.
